What You Will Learn in This Episode

  1. How proteins transfer from a mother's diet to her baby through breastmilk, and why some infants react to specific proteins like those in cow's milk.
  2. The symptoms of Cow's Milk Protein Allergy (CMPA) and other food intolerances, including continuous crying, rash, blood or mucous in stool, reflux, and hives.
  3. Why elimination diets are not always the right first step, and how pattern tracking can pinpoint the actual trigger without removing major food groups unnecessarily.
  4. How the Map My Milk app helps moms log food, formula, and infant symptoms, then surfaces correlations using math rather than AI.
  5. How to turn tracked data into a tool for self advocacy with your healthcare provider, instead of trying to remember symptoms from memory.
